My Father's House Greensboro has been looking at many properties to buy and we get blown out of the playing field. Some of the houses we have looked at are in need of repairs, It is also a seller's market so with that said we are in competition with many buyers and with sellers wanting top dollar.
This home buying process has become a bidding war and the ones with the gold....rule! We have a budget we need to stick to and it does not allow us to join a bidding war.
